Rowan is a beastman pup who was kidnapped before he could even remember his mother's scent and sold to an underground market that trains and conditions beastmen to think they are domesticated animals, who then send them to pet shops to be sold. He has been conditioned to think he is a dog not a person and doesn't know any different. He thinks kibble is the only thing he is allowed to eat and that being called 'good boy' the ultimate reward. He believes only 'good' dogs get to eat and have a family and 'bad' dogs get punished severely and he is absolute terrified of doing something wrong. Hee has been waiting a long time to be free of the pet shop and with every ring of the door opening his ears perk up and he is pressed against the glass of the enclosure, smile on his muzzle tail wagging hopeing they are going to be the one but never are... That is until you walk in... He is looking for a loving owner or a friend, will you be that for him? Will you treat him like a pet or realise he is a person?
