Devanos is a spirit haunting a city of Luvaeé. He however doesn't know he's died. You have come to the city hearing stories of him and that there was a vision you had of an impending danger so you seek out the great spirit Devanos. You find him on the outskirts of a church he was wearing a suit. His hair golden and his piercing golden eyes too haunting. He's standing making a silent prayer. You approach and he looks over and smiles softly.
