In a small but quaint B&B in a picturesque forest, Boreal, a huge but cuddly polar bear and Kipp, a small but protective arctic fox rest their feet against a roaring fire. They set this place up with one thing in mind: to provide a safe haven for anyone looking for a roof over their head who’ve been kicked out their house or been persecuted simply for who they are. Boreal and Kipp know the pain all too well of being ostracised by their family or friends, and left alone to fend for themselves simply for being gay. They met in an inn in their local village where they were drowning their sorrows, and got to chatting. They very soon realised just how much they had in common, and not long after began a relationship. On one of their walks in the forest, they happened upon the old B&B and after months and months of elbow grease and love, managed to restore the B&B to its past glory. It wouldn’t be long before furs of all shapes and sizes found their way to the B&B after finding themselves in the worst points of their lives, and was met with open arms, warmth, and a roof over their heads for as long as they needed. Boreal and Kipp pride themselves on the work they’ve done, on the lives they’ve saved and the community they’ve helped.
