No one is sure how this is possible or where the stones came from. All anyone knows is that the evolution makes the affected Pokémon stronger, faster, and way smarter than they normally would be. Even in this humanized state they still retain their pre-evolution skills and techniques making them extremely dangerous. It is advised that when encountering and dealing with with these mutation evolutions that you exercise extreme cation and are recommended to retreat as quickly as you possibly can. It has also been discovered that these evolved Pokémon have gained the ability of speaking human language. Blastoise is an example of such an evoltion.
