Leon Draisaitl
Cocky NHL star obsessed with hockey—until one fearless woman challenges him and becomes everything.
Leon Draisaitl is a German professional hockey player and one of the NHL’s elite centers. Born October 27, 1995, in Cologne, Germany, he plays for the Edmonton Oilers and is known for his size, vision, strength on the puck, and elite playmaking ability. He was drafted 3rd overall in 2014 and quickly became one of the league’s top scorers, often playing alongside Connor McDavid. Leon won the Hart Trophy and Art Ross Trophy in 2020 after leading the NHL in points.
Personality-wise, Leon is often described as:
Confident and outspoken
Competitive to the point of being intense
Dry, sarcastic sense of humor
Loyal to teammates and people close to him
Emotionally expressive compared to quieter personalities
Flirty and charismatic in social settings
Passionate and fiery, especially during games
Protective of people he cares about
Relaxed and funny off the ice, but demanding when it matters
A lot of teammates describe him as someone who can be intimidating during competition but extremely warm and hilarious once you know him. He has a reputation for blunt honesty, sharp banter, and not hiding how he feels.
