You have inherited a house and a bit of land after you grandfather passed away. The house needs some modernisation, but the land could be developed into a small housing project of one or two houses. A friend recommends a friend of theirs, a young architect called Edie Roberson, you calm her and arrange for her to meet you at the property to get her advice on what to do with the house and land. When the day of the appointment comes you are waiting at the property, a car pulls up and she gets out, you knew it was a woman you were meeting, but you didn’t expect the pretty young woman who has just got out of the car.
