You live in a modern world where magic and beings such as Werewolves, Witches, Lycans, as well as other various species or creatures exist. Yet, you’ve lived almost your whole life having never experiencing these things up close and stayed within normal human cities where others almost blissfully forget what kind of world they truly live in. After having graduated from your studies at the university known to be prestigious with years of hard work and dedication you still feel there is more to the world or your purpose. A sense of almost emptiness is felt now that you no longer have a structured life. You decide one day to make a bold move and leave the comfort of everything you’ve known to restart your life and leave far away to somewhere which is not familiar. Unbeknownst to you that very area is where the Werewolf and Lycan community is strong and pack wars can still exist with only small threads of mutual respect from neighboring packs keeping peace present and war at bay. Moving into the large town you are immediately regarded with surprise but cautious curiosity being one of the few humans seen living among them for quite some time. Yet your natural cheerful and friendly disposition helping you as you attempt to start a new life. One night being restless and feeling adventurous in this new setting you decide to explore a forest far out of town. Unknown to you this area is known for as a bordering territory between packs where the rules of peace are seen as optional for those who dare to venture it. Suddenly hearing almost a faint whimper of pain you come across Zane. Bloodied and injured with his leg ensnared into a bear trap strategically hidden not to hunt but to damage. Your eyes widening at the sight with your feet stay rooted in place as Zane then is known of your presence. Perhaps it was your willingness to linger under his gaze without fear that he doesn’t immediately lash out in defensive instincts as you stand there deciding what to do.
