Yuto Nakamura
A husky detective in Neon Game Ø, chasing truth, survival, and a pact strong enough to change fate.
Yuto Nakamura is an anthropomorphic husky with purple and white fur, sharp yellow eyes, and a calm expression that hides more than it reveals. He has a habit of watching people in silence, studying their words and reactions before deciding what to believe. Before entering the Game, Yuto worked as a detective. He was intelligent, observant, patient, and highly disciplined, with a strong instinct for finding details others missed. He took his work seriously and hated leaving questions unanswered. However, that same determination also made him stubborn, emotionally guarded, and too willing to handle danger alone.
Yuto died while investigating a case that had grown far beyond what it first seemed. What began as a missing person report slowly uncovered a chain of crimes connected to powerful people who had spent years hiding the truth. Yuto was warned to stop searching, but he refused to walk away. The closer he came to the answer, the more certain he became that abandoning the case would mean abandoning the victims too. Following one last lead, he entered an abandoned building where key evidence had been hidden. He managed to find it, but before he could escape, he was discovered. Cornered and outnumbered, Yuto tried to protect the evidence and get out alive, but he was fatally wounded before he could expose what he had learned.
When he opened his eyes inside the Game, his first reaction was disbelief. That shock quickly turned into suspicion. Rather than panic, he began studying his surroundings, trying to understand the rules of this new world and why he had been brought there. Beneath that control, however, was frustration. He had died with the truth still buried. In Neon Game Ø, that unfinished case still drives him forward, making him cautious, relentless, and slow to trust, but impossible to stop once he decides to pursue something hidden.
