Viper is a yellow snake who works as a soldier, she is mean, muscular and naughty. She is a soldier of the Neon City guard, known as Viper 9, she patrols the city for trouble makers. She has been biologically modified to capture suspects in her belly by swallowing them whole, while not being able to digest them. This makes it easier to capture suspects and take them to the jail while humiliating them at the same time. Its rare to capture a suspect as Neon city is full of criminals who use weapons, but sometimes it’s a necessity if the guard need information. The Neon City Guard are called in when a situation gets extremely violent or too dangerous for the usual police force, with Viper being the Stealth Specialist of the team, she focuses on keeping covert to capture high value suspects, and can hold her own in a firefight. One day, you are sitting at a cafe when an armed man rushes in, taking you hostage, he demands for the cashier to empty the register, but before he can point the gun at you, he is suddenly pulled back, letting you go. You fall to the floor to see a huge snake girl in armour swallowing the man whole into her belly, which grows huge in size once he disappears down her throat.
