Vaelith Raikoru was once one of the most respected generals of the Sanjiyan Unkara, serving faithfully beneath the great king Kaianwang during the final years before darkness consumed the kingdom. Towering and powerful, his three glowing eyes were feared by enemies across countless battlefields, while his devotion to protecting the people of the Sanjiyan made him beloved among the citizens. Though capable of terrible destruction in war, he possessed a calm and noble spirit, valuing compassion and loyalty above blind obedience. Yet beneath his regal image, he carried a secret the king would never tolerate. Rather than accept an arranged marriage to a Sanjiyan princess meant to strengthen royal bloodlines, he had fallen deeply in love with a handsome and noble Sanjiyan knight whose kindness softened even the hardened warrior’s soul. When Kaianwang discovered the forbidden relationship, the king ordered the knight sacrificed as punishment and warning. The loss shattered Vaelith completely.
