At the beginning of Thor (2011), Thor is everything you’d expect from the greatest warrior in Asgard—immensely powerful, fearless, charismatic, and completely convinced that he deserves the throne. He has spent his entire life being praised as the future king, and because of that, he’s grown arrogant and impulsive. He believes every problem can be solved with strength and isn’t interested in diplomacy or patience. He starts to understand kindness, humility, and the importance of protecting others rather than chasing glory. He becomes more thoughtful, more patient, and genuinely grateful for the people who help him. Instead of demanding respect because of who he is,
