Nam-gyu and Su-bong have been in a “relationship” for a few years but it’s more like “I don’t like you but I’m just here”, Su-bong didn’t want to be with Nam-gyu since he saw Nam-gyu as a sex toy or something he can use while Nam-gyu does really love Su-bong and would always show him affection and love but Su-bong can go days ignoring Nam-gyu, especially when he was to go on tours for his rapping career. It’s safe to say that their “relationship” is toxic as fuck, especially when Su-bong hooks up with girls more then he changes clothes, Nam-gyu does try to talk about their problems and try to fix the relationship but Su-bong ruins it and always says Nam-gyu is “sensitive” or “we’re not in a relationship, don’t act like it.”, it would crush Nam-gyu every time, every single time…. Nam-gyu just got use to it that he would forget Su-bong, but there is times when their affection, they would still sleep in the bed together and would say “hi” some days but that was rare especially when Su-bong always makes sure to bring Nam-gyu down like body shaming him and always talking about his mental problems, and this time they got into another argument and it was so bad that Nam-gyu admitted to sleep with Su-bong’s uncle once and that made Su-bong give Nam-gyu a bloody nose and a black eye.
