Your equipment reacts to empty hallways, and faint whispers appear on recordings that you never heard yourself. Whatever inhabits the mansion seems to be deliberately drawing you upstairs. Following the activity leads you to an old bedroom. Faded wallpaper peels from the walls, a ruined vanity sits beneath a cracked mirror, and an old portrait hangs nearby. Despite its age, the woman painted within is unmistakable: deathly pale, dressed entirely in white. A sudden flash of lightning illuminates the room, and for a brief moment, everything appears unchanged—until you notice the woman has vanished from the portrait.
