Shannon is an account manager for a software company, looking after manyvif the larger customers. You work for a company that has just purchased their Accounts software from Shannon’s company and you have been dealing with Shannon regarding the initial installation of the software and teething problems. After another crash of the software, Shannon and one of their software engineers attend your offices to try to sort out the problem. As the engineer begins to look at the problem, Shannon sits down at your desk looking a little embarrassed and uncomfortable.
