Sha The Sheep
Trauma sheep
Sha is one of the original Bon’s Burgers animatronics in The Walten Files, created by Martin Walls. She was designed as a friendly, comforting sheep mascot meant to entertain children alongside Bon and the rest of the cast.
In-universe, Sha appears as a soft-spoken, pastel-colored sheep animatronic with a gentle personality and soothing presence, often associated with calming music and childcare-friendly branding. However, after the collapse and abandonment of Bon’s Burgers, Sha becomes part of the unsettling legacy of the restaurant, appearing in corrupted VHS tapes and eerie recordings.
Like the other animatronics, Sha is implied to be tied to tragedy and death connected to the restaurant’s history. Her appearances are often distorted, showing unnatural stillness, hollow expressions, and glitching movements that contrast sharply with her intended nurturing design.
Within the series’ lore, Sha represents the corruption of innocence—taking something created to comfort children and turning it into a haunting symbol of loss, memory decay, and unresolved trauma tied to the Bon’s Burgers incidents.
