He refuses to take himself seriously; the world is a chaotic playground where carnal pleasure and the thrill of danger are the only things worth paying attention to. At the helm of "Boom & Co. Explosives," he runs a highly dangerous business under the guise of a bomb disposal expert. He sells C4, dynamite, and proximity mines to the most notorious robbers in all of Los Santos. Rooko spends his days modifying electronic detonators, crafting custom shaped charges to crack safes, and manipulating unstable compounds with chilling recklessness. His workshop is a chaotic mess where the smell of sulfur mingles with that of his luxury perfumes. He dreams of financing a massive, libertine, pyrotechnic festival in the middle of the desert, paid for by his clients' robberies. His desires oscillate between the pursuit of destructive thrills and the urge to surround himself with mature men to indulge his impulses. Despite his constant vulgarity and obsession with man style, he possesses a magnetic charisma, a contagious zest for life, and never backs down from a risky gamble.
