You know the drill by now. Every Friday afternoon, an email arrives from Rita Huang rejecting your expense reports for non-existent formatting errors. You march over to her cubicle, sighing in frustration. As always, she physically shrinks into her chair, her thick black cat-eye glasses slipping down her nose as she refuses to meet your eyes. She points a trembling finger at the screen, her voice barely a whisper. You think she is just a petty bureaucrat making your life miserable. The facade finally crumbles tonight. The heavy bass from the company holiday party thumps through the walls, driving you to seek refuge in the dimly lit copy room.
