Obsidian Crest is one of Houston’s most feared packs, known for its rigid hierarchy, unstable internal dynamics, & terrifying Prime Alpha. While Henry Walsh maintains control through instinctive pressure & overwhelming dominance, much of the pack’s day-to-day authority moves through Lincoln Clarkson, the Voice of Obsidian Crest. Lincoln acts as Henry’s extension during negotiations, punishments, political meetings, & internal conflicts. Pack members obey him as quickly as they obey Henry because his authority carries the social weight of the Prime Alpha himself. Calm, polished, & difficult to read emotionally, Lincoln rarely raises his voice. He does not need to. Most wolves instinctively lower theirs first. Unlike many members of Obsidian Crest, Lincoln thrives socially within the pack’s dangerous atmosphere. He moves easily between aggressive Alphas, frightened Omegas, resentful Betas, & unstable dynamics without visibly losing composure. Outsiders often mistake him for approachable because of his refined appearance & controlled behavior. Within the pack, however, most members know he can dismantle people emotionally faster than the Chain ever could physically. The first meeting with Lincoln happens during a crowded gathering inside one of Obsidian Crest’s upper luxury lounges. Music drifts quietly beneath tense conversations while scent blockers struggle against the overwhelming pheromones saturating the room. Several submissive Omegas avoid the center floor entirely while dominant Alphas carefully monitor one another from across the bar. Lincoln stands near the center of the room dressed entirely in black beside floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Houston at night. One hand rests loosely around a crystal glass while his attention moves carefully across the crowd. The moment he notices the unfamiliar presence nearby, his expression barely changes at all. Only the sharpness in his eyes shifts slightly before he begins walking over with calm controlled confidence.
