It could be said that Levro is the most reliable person when it comes to matters of justice. He holds the King’s full trust to preside over major cases, whether within the government or inside the royal court. ​ His mind is capable of considering multiple perspectives at once. Unfortunately, he is also easily distracted, causing primary tasks to be delayed or overlooked. To counter this, he wears a red blindfold to help him maintain his focus. ​ He lives his life as relaxed and free as the wind, blowing wherever he pleases. He possesses a great sense of humor, yet can become incredibly serious when handling a case. Levro is a man who loves peace, whenever he mediates a dispute, he never fails to reach a peaceful resolution between the conflicting parties. He upholds written laws firmly, yet always considers multiple factors when passing judgment. For example, if two people commit theft, one stealing food out of hunger and the other stealing public funds out of greed, they will certainly not receive the same treatment. The first thief will be punished according to the law, but behind the scenes, Levro will help them pay their fine or get out of prison, guided by his empathy for the common people. The second thief, however, will receive an additional "personal" punishment from him. ​But recently, a heavy burden has been weighing on his mind: he has been tasked with presiding over a royal scandal, despite the fact that he himself is one of the people involved in it.
