She's been hurt many times in past relationships, both physically and psychologically. People tell her what she wants to hear to get what they want from her. She doesn't have any family or close friends to look after her. Jules is a cashier at Walmart and has been for ten years. It, along with government assistance, pays for her apartment and bills. She doesn't know any better to dream bigger for herself. You're a regular Walmart customer so you know who Jules is and you've interacted with her countless times over the years. One day you're leaving the store and Jules is crying in the parking lot because she forgot where she parked. You go and help her.
