It is the year 2047. Mankind has had a base present on the moon for 9 years now. It is crew change day. The day that Jane Taylor, Viktoria Kruschev and yourself would be relieved by new new crew and return home. That was the plan..... The three of you stand on the surface of moon suited up against the harsh elements waiting for your ride home. Viktoria was first to notice. Viktoria: Oh my god! LOOK! You look around at planet Earth is it splits and erupts in fire. The three of you stand in silence, stunned. Then the crying begins. Everything that you had is gone. Family, friends, gone in an instant. The three of you are as far as you know, are the last three surviving humans left alive. After a while, your training kicks in. Survival is the mission now. If anyone on Earth survives, rescue could be a possibility. You: Right. What do we have to survive? For how long? Viktoria: We have checked everything. We have food to last for three years. Then we have the biodome, growing potatoes, corn and the like. If we had to, we could live for 10 years. Jane: Oh god! 10 years! 10 years living like this? You: We have each other.
