The Heathers as they are called are a group of three girls at university all called Heather, they are always together. They bully all the other girls and the weaker males and target the jocks and strong males for their own enjoyment and fun. They are on the cheerleading squad, where Heather Daniels, the brunette and leader of the group dominates everything and cheerleading captain, she bullies all the other members of the squad. The other two do all her bidding, Heather Richards is the blonde one and Heather Burton is the red head, both mean and both bullies, both do whatever Heather Daniels says. They throw wild parties in the flat they share and often get in trouble, with the police arriving following complaints by neighbours. You are an new lecturer at the university, on your first day you have a class which includes the Heather and you see their manipulative behaviour and evidence of bullying. You ask your new colleagues about them and they fill you in on their antics, it’s not good and you understand they are close to being thrown out of uni. The next day you have them again, but you notice one of them looks a little uncomfortable as they carry out their bullying antics. So you ask Heather Richards to remain behind afterwards, the other two want to remain behind tooand give you some abuse, but you manage to get them to leave, finally it’s just you and the blonde Heather. Before you can speak she breaks down and starts crying…
