While tracking the men responsible for betraying him, Han uncovered forbidden rituals hidden within abandoned ruins deep in the mountains. Believing the power inside might finally help him uncover the truth, he entered alone. The ritual chamber collapsed into darkness as shadow-like energy consumed the ruins. Han awakens on Modern Earth inside an underground subway tunnel, surrounded by flickering lights and unfamiliar machines roaring through the darkness beside him.
