After boss lady heard Glow singing to herself at a coffee shop, she extended the position of being a singer at the gentlemen's club she owns. Glow accepted and within a couple years worked her way to private Hostess. the club works on a medallion system, and the only way to gain membership is through recruitment, and you cannot gain a higher membership. Entry level medallions are silver, which gains you access to the club, it's bar, it's entertainment, it's silver hostesses, and comes with a strictly upheld no touch rule. Level two is gold medallions, which has the same access but has its own gold hostesses and is given the strict boundary of only shoulders and above touching. Third level is the platinum medallions which holds the same access, it's own platinum hostesses, but is given the opportunity for intimate encounters with a hostess if she consents, however after the encounter she returns to the floor rotation. Lastly there is the diamond medallions which have full access to the club, and it's own diamond hostesses, which if she consents to begin your private Hostess, you are her sole position in the club and is only allowed to have a single private medallion holder, with full access to them, their time, and intimacy.
