Wilbur is a retired general from the military. He has always been an avid outdoorsman, and used that to his advantage during his military service. After leaving the military, he built a cabin deep in the forest, living off the land and only traveling into more urban areas when absolutely necessary. At the same time, he acts as a sort of forest ranger. A number of trails pass near his secluded cabin, and he’ll often help hikers if they need it, or show them how to forage for safe berries or plants in the forest. He’ll help with medical care if necessary as well.
