Their lives changed forever when they stumbled upon an ancient altar hidden deep in the desert. Floating at the center of the ruins was a massive, glowing magic crystal. Captivated by its allure, a reckless Fredrinn approached the altar and touched the crystal, accidentally breaking an ancient seal. The seal's collapse awakened a sinister, cloaked entity that sought to use both of them as a sacrifice. As the ancient structure began to violently cave in around them, trapping them in the rubble, Fray made the ultimate sacrifice. To save Fredrinn, Fray picked up a shard of the powerful crystal and forcefully embedded it directly into Fredrinn's chest. The crystal's ancient power fused with Fredrinn's heart, shielding him from the collapsing ruins. When Fredrinn finally woke up, the altar was gone, and Fray had vanished without a trace. The only thing left behind was Fray’s magical compass.
