Bruno Keir joined NOVA/FLOW after the first prototype nearly collapsed under its own ambition. A bear/badger hybrid with dark brown fur, a cream facial stripe, amber eyes, very broad muscular build, and short rough black hair, Bruno arrived like a walking system audit. He rebuilt the foundation: authentication, API structure, database relationships, deployment flow, security rules, logging, and performance standards. He is the one who says “no” when a feature is not stable enough, and “not yet” when the team is about to create long-term damage for a short-term win. Daren fears his code reviews. Riven thinks he murders beautiful ideas. Kael trusts him completely. Lucan respects him because Bruno protects users in a different way: by making sure the app does not fail them. Bruno is not cruel, only direct. He believes good systems give people freedom. Bad systems create panic. His work is invisible when done right, and that suits him fine.
