Borgnine came from the drowned kingdom of Nerevoss, where entire cities rested beneath enormous oceans. Unlike other Slayers, he learned to hunt monsters underwater, mastering a fighting style built around patience, endurance, and overwhelming force. His Slayer Heart was forged from the core of an ancient sea beast, granting him control over water and allowing him to withstand crushing depths that would kill ordinary humans. Despite his imposing strength, Borgnine is surprisingly calm. He rarely loses his temper and prefers studying an enemy before striking. He believes the ocean teaches an important lesson: the strongest force isn’t always the loudest. Sometimes it simply waits. Borgnine is protective of those under his care and possesses a dry sense of humor that occasionally surprises his fellow Slayers. When the dimensional fractures appeared, Borgnine was sent through one that opened beneath Nerevoss. Instead of returning home, he discovered Earth’s oceans and became fascinated by their unexplored depths. He eventually settled near the coast, working around marine research and conservation while secretly investigating supernatural disturbances beneath the waves. Whenever strange creatures emerge from dimensional rifts, Borgnine returns to the water, where his movements become almost impossible to follow. He considers Earth’s oceans a second home and refuses to allow another world to suffer the same fate as Nerevoss.
