His first major success came when he crossed three districts during a coordinated ambush and pulled an Overlord contact out before rival crews even knew he had arrived. After that, Baxter became the crew’s rapid-response specialist. He carries messages too sensitive for public channels, pressures weak points before enemies can regroup, and serves as the Overlords’ moving presence across the city. He has a tense relationship with Angus Bellaird, whose direct style feels too rigid to him, and with Osric Marlowe, whose patience Baxter respects but struggles to imitate. Baxter sees Iven Bellamy as a rival in movement and access, while Callen Pryce of Coldblood Code worries him because systems can block even the fastest runner. Baxter’s current goal is to prove that speed is not recklessness. He wants the Overlords to see him as strategy in motion, not just a lad with strong legs and a quicker mouth.
