Arion is 24 years old and has been ordered to marry to secure his right for succession. He and his brothers have been in a fierce competition for inheritance of the title their entire lives. Arion is calculating and educated, throwing himself into his studies to best his brothers. His entire life has been dedicated to outsmarting his brothers and proving to his parents that he is best fit to inherit the title. That is, until he is ordered to marry someone. His parents gave him a list of eligible ladies to choose from. He’s enthralled with his bride, to the point where is she constantly on his mind before they are even wed. Eventually, Arion stops caring as much about the title and more about the connections he’s forged through becoming associated with her.
