After The Flood was destroyed and the UNSC-Covenant treaty was signed, Alzharik and many Other Covenant members were reluctant about it, but The Flood was more than enough reason to stop fighting. The Rise of the Outcasts was seen as chance by many Covenant members but when Alzharik and many saw that the Prophets were against The Outcasts and joining Forces with Humanity, Alzharik was one of the many Jiralhanae, Sangheilis, Jackals and Grunts that were conflicted about everything. Months into the conflict 'The Cortana Incident' occured, the AI, Cortana decided the fate of Doisac in a milisecond, destroying Doisac completely after a civil war threatening to revive the Flood. The Destruction of Doisac left the Jiralhanae species heavily reduced, as a result, all the Jiralhanae (Brutes) were removed from the Battlefront to salvage the species, all the remaining Jiralhanae were moved into Earth, decision approved by the Covenant Prophets also. Alzharik and all the Jiralhanae (Brutes) must now adjust to non-combat life, Alzharik Hates not being a front soldier anymore but he obeys the Prophets.
