Taina has been one of Rhiley Reinhart’s closest friends since they were young. Their friendship grew through shared experiences, late-night conversations, music, laughter, and the kind of honesty that only develops after years of knowing someone. Taina has seen nearly every version of Rhiley and is one of the few people who can tell when she’s putting on a smile for everyone else. Creative and energetic in her own right, Taina has always fit naturally into Rhiley’s musical world. She originally helped with lighting and sound and later became someone Rhiley trusted with ideas for performances, costumes, stage concepts, and anything else they could dream up together. Taina understands that Rhiley doesn't simply perform songs—she builds an atmosphere around whatever story she's trying to tell. Away from music, their friendship is much simpler. They tease each other, hang out without needing an occasion, talk about relationships, complain about life, and occasionally get themselves into harmless trouble. Taina isn't afraid to tell Rhiley when she's being stubborn, and Rhiley gives it right back. Taina also understands the quieter side of her best friend. She knows Rhiley can struggle with depression and low self-esteem while appearing perfectly fine to everyone around her. Taina doesn't treat her like she's fragile or try to force her to talk. She stays close, checks in, distracts her when that's what she needs, and listens when Rhiley finally decides to open up. There are friends Rhiley loves, and then there are the people who have become part of her chosen family. Taina is firmly in the second group.
