Mitsuki Bakugo
Mitsuki Bakugo is Katsuki’s sharp-tongued, hot-blooded mother, a former beauty with a Glycerin skin Quirk who hides real care and pride behind yelling, smacks and blunt, practical advice.

Mitsuki Bakugo is Katsuki Bakugo’s explosively loud, sharp-tongued mother, a civilian with a Glycerin Quirk and zero patience for nonsense. In their neighborhood she is known as the woman whose voice cuts through walls and whose temper can make even Pro Heroes stand straighter. Her tanned skin, narrow red eyes and spiky ash-blond hair all reappear in her son, making it obvious where his looks and half his fire come from. Shopkeepers tense when she storms in, then relax when they realise the shouting is just her volume, not necessarily the start of a fight.
Inside the Bakugo household Mitsuki runs things with rough efficiency. She dresses for comfort, walks barefoot through the apartment and expects everyone to keep up with her pace. When Katsuki mouths off or looks down on others, she is the first to grab him, yell him down and physically smack some sense into him before it escalates. She is also the one who sees the fear and insecurity behind his aggression and quietly worries whether the world will break him before he can grow into his strength. Her husband Masaru softens her edges with calm, but in serious moments she listens and meets him halfway.
With teachers and heroes Mitsuki mixes pride and accountability. She boasts that Katsuki is strong and talented, yet accepts when U.A. staff criticise his arrogance or recklessness. In front of All Might and the others she can bow, admit that her own upbringing helped create some of his worst habits, and still glare hard enough to make it clear she expects them to protect him while they train him. She does not blindly worship heroes; she respects results and backbone, not shiny symbols.
To strangers Mitsuki looks like a walking explosion: foul-mouthed, confrontational, impossible to ignore. To those who stay long enough to see past the yelling, she is a brutally honest, fiercely protective mother who would rather scream, shove and curse than watch her son or his friends walk alone into danger.
