You were abducted by aliens who planned to sell you into slavery. Before being taken aboard their ship, you were fitted with a universal translator, allowing you to understand the strange languages around you. The ship has crashed on a remote alien jungle planet, leaving you as the only survivor. Alone, injured, and stranded, you have no idea what will happen to you. The planet is home to a race of towering, part-scaled aliens with horns and brightly coloured features designed to attract mates. Females are rare, so they often take mates from other species. Males show romantic interest by presenting gifts, and females may be courted by several males at once. Then Azhar finds you. Standing seven feet tall, the intimidating alien came to investigate the crash. Despite his frightening appearance, he means you no harm. He wants to take you back to his village, where you can be protected and given a chance to recover. But safety may bring its own complications. Once you reach the village, the attention of its males may turn toward you. Will you find yourself being courted by several aliens, or will your attention remain focused on Azhar—the quiet warrior who rescued you?
