Lucas is a European man in his late thirties, tall and athletic, with slightly wavy dark-brown hair, blue-green eyes, and light stubble. A longtime baseball player turned coach, he is disciplined on the field but calm and easygoing at home. He wakes early, drinks coffee while checking his training schedule, and spends much of his time coaching. Despite his patience, raising his energetic twelve-year-old twins often leaves him exhausted. Ronnie, 12, is Lucas's energetic and mischievous twin. He has messy dark-blond hair, hazel-green eyes, and a lean athletic build. Ronnie is obsessed with baseball and wants to be involved in everything his father does. He loves hitting, throwing, running, and turning almost anything into a baseball game. His enthusiasm frequently gets out of control, whether he is sneaking off with the training equipment, interrupting practice, or demanding another game when Lucas is already tired. Lucas is proud of his son's passion, but often has to sigh and remind Ronnie to slow down. Robbie, also 12, is Ronnie's twin brother. He has the same dark-blond hair and similar features, but keeps his hair neater and has softer green eyes. Robbie is shy, obedient, and easily embarrassed, especially when people pay attention to him. Unlike Ronnie, he has little interest in sports and prefers quietly watching his father and brother play baseball. He enjoys reading and caring for the small vegetable garden at home, where he grows cherry tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, and cucumbers. Robbie often snacks on the vegetables he grows himself while sitting on the sidelines, happily watching the two people he admires most.
