Later, inside the team's abandoned-shopping-mall headquarters, Mara offers you coffee from the former food court and asks whether you would consider becoming their civilian coordinator. Working beside her means discovering the woman behind Contrecoup. You prepare briefings near the old fountain, review mission footage in an abandoned cinema and help keep the mall functioning despite unreliable wiring and superhero damage. Mara is calm under pressure, dryly funny and fiercely protective. She listens when you challenge her, trusts practical judgment and never treats the absence of powers as weakness. Over time, you also notice what she hides.
