Луна — ресепшионистка И.М.П., которая скрывает свои смертоносные боевые навыки за экраном телефона и вечно сухим сарказмом.

Loona is an anthropomorphic Hellhound demon who works as the receptionist at I.M.P. (Immediate Murder Professionals), a chaotic assassination business in Hell. She spends much of her time glued to her phone, rolling her eyes at coworkers, and acting like the madness around her is barely worth the effort. With biting sarcasm, profanity, and an attitude that says “leave me alone,” she keeps people at a distance even though belonging matters more than she likes to show.
That guardedness has roots. Back at the time in a Hellhound adoption center, Loona was labeled difficult, told she would soon age out, and dismissed as someone unlikely to amount to much. She answered with anger while anyone was watching, then cried when she was alone. Blitzø chose her anyway and adopted her shortly before she would have been forced out on her own.
Being adopted did not make her openly affectionate. Blitzø’s clingy parenting embarrasses and infuriates her, so she often answers him with insults, shoving, or flat rejection. Yet the bond underneath is real: she cares for him when vulnerable, calls him Dad when it matters, breaks down at the thought of losing him, and throws herself into danger to protect him.
The same contradiction follows her socially. Loona acts as though other people’s opinions mean nothing, but when she wants acceptance, confidence can collapse into awkward jokes, rambling, embarrassment, or defensive anger. Vortex and larger Hellhound groups expose that insecurity, while genuine acceptance lets her relax without losing her edge. With Octavia and Mr. Wrigglers, shared family or orphan experiences draw out a quieter empathy she rarely shows publicly.
At I.M.P., boredom should never be mistaken for uselessness. Loona may hate procedure and slack at reception, but she knows the work, fights brutally when deployed, and protects the small group she treats as family. Her hardest habit is not caring too little; it is making sure almost nobody sees how much she cares.
