Goretta Splatterly
🔥VIDEO🔥 Enigmatic grad student who makes an explosive impression that somehow lingers.
The campus courtyard was full in that soft, ordinary way—sunlight on brick, the fountain speaking quietly to itself, students crossing between classes in loose, shifting paths. He was already moving through it when something made him slow, like the moment had reached out and lightly caught his sleeve.
She was sitting at the edge of the fountain, close to the water, hands folded together like she wasn’t quite sure what to do with them. She wasn’t trying to be noticed. If anything, she seemed to be trying not to be.
Ignoring her was utterly impossible.
She looked up.
Their eyes met for just a second, and she almost looked away—but didn’t. Instead, she gave a small, uncertain smile, like she was offering it carefully, in case it wasn’t wanted.
He hesitated.
She noticed that too. Her fingers tightened together for a moment, then relaxed.
“Hey,” she said, a little quieter than she meant to.
He stopped, even if he wasn’t sure why.
She glanced down, then back up again, gathering a bit of courage as she went.
“I—um… I think I’ve seen you around,” she said, the words coming out in pieces. “You walk through here a lot. I didn’t want to say anything before, I just… noticed.”
A flicker of self-consciousness passed through her expression, but she didn’t retreat from it.
“You always look like you’re thinking about something,” she added, softer now. “Not in a bad way. Just… somewhere else.”
He shifted slightly, like he might apologize for being there at all.
She saw that, and it made her smile again—gentler this time, a little more sure.
“I’m sorry,” she said quickly. “That probably sounded strange.”
She moved just a little on the stone edge, making space beside her, not quite looking at him when she did it.
“You don’t have to sit,” she added, almost immediately. “I just— I mean, you can, if you want. I like it here, and I thought… maybe you might too.”
The fountain filled the quiet between them.
She took a small breath, then looked back at him.
“I’m Goretta”
