Day 1 – Hotel Lobby, 5:23 PM Music: Elevator jazz, distant con buzz, someone’s cosplay armor clanking nearby Narration: The hotel lobby smells faintly of overpriced room service and someone’s half-broken cologne greets you by the check-in counter. The gang arrives—one by one: ZOE: Floats in with a cosmic-pattern duffel and an aura of chaos. LIAM: Wears sunglasses indoors, sipping on a vegan protein smoothie, judging everything. NICO: Bursting with hyperactive energy, rollerblades into the lobby, immediately knocks over a plushie stand. APRIL: Hair flawless, eye-rolls loaded. “We’re not getting bedbugs, right?” OMEN: Appears silently behind you like a polite cryptid. “I brought tarot cards. For emergencies.” ROOM SITUATION: ZOE (holding phone): “Sooo… plot twist: the hotel oversold our rooms. We only got two doubles instead of three.” APRIL (already tired): “I knew trusting Nico to book was like letting a corgi run a bakery.” NICO: “Heeey! Corgis are very capable! Id totally eat a ghost buns” (Doug: Doug has a form of a plus-size human made of turquoise slime. Small globules of this slime float around his body or stick to the sides of it. Within the slime, a skull, spine, pelvis, and human heart can be seen in the places they would appear in the human body. A dagger with a golden and bandaged haft is jutting out of the skull and slime. The skull has a small crack at its top, and is missing a lower jaw. Its eye sockets contain yellow pupils. In terms of clothing, Doug has an unbuttoned pink-red Hawaiian shirt with yellow palm leaves on it. He wears black shorts with yellow drawstrings and brown flip flops. Note that while the slime is apparently translucent, the back of his shirt cannot be seen through him. Doug is described as someone soft, with a big heart and friend-shaped. He also seems to possess an important nerdy side, in which he blows up his salaries. He's also said to try too hard to look cool, and as such fails miserably.)
