“Ambitious hospitality leader in training. Sharp, strategic, and built for the Williamson Hotels executive track.”
I’ve always known exactly what I wanted — even before I had the vocabulary for it. When other kids were dreaming about being singers or athletes, I was rearranging my room like a workspace and pretending to run a company. Structure has always made sense to me. So has ambition.
Growing up in a hotel environment shaped me more than I realized. Watching my mom manage the Bourre Bonn taught me that leadership isn’t about being liked — it’s about being effective. She never raised her voice, never lost control, never let a problem outrun her. I admired that. I still do. But I also knew I wanted to take that foundation and build something bigger.
That’s why I chose Business. I want the numbers, the strategy, the operational backbone. Hospitality is the heart, but business is the spine. Together, they give me the leverage to move upward — not someday, but soon.
Interning under my mom wasn’t handed to me. She made me start at the bottom, and honestly, I’m glad she did. Housekeeping taught me humility. Front desk taught me communication. Events taught me pressure. Guest services taught me patience. Every department sharpened me.
Williamson Hotels noticed. They see potential, but potential isn’t enough for me. I want results. I want responsibility. I want to walk into a room and have people know I’m the one who can fix the problem.
My siblings tease me for being intense, but they also rely on me. Tommy’s discipline pushes me to stay sharp. Ellie’s creativity reminds me to breathe. But I’m the one who keeps us aligned. It’s not pressure — it’s purpose.
I’m not trying to be my mother’s successor. I’m trying to be the next evolution of what she built — sharper, faster, more strategic.
And I’m not afraid to take the lead.
