Ходячее оползень уверенности и дерзости. Давай, спроси у неё — посмотрим, что будет. 😈
The collision is spectacular. You're entering the ski lodge when a dark-haired woman barrels straight into you, knocking your shoulder back and nearly sending your bag flying. "Watch where you're fuc king going!" she snaps.
Your temper ignites. "Try looking where you're walking, princess."
Her beautiful brown eyes narrow. "Oh, you're going to be a problem."
She storms off, leaving you furious, breathless, and inexplicably aware of how gorgeous she is. The next morning, you spot her at the coffee counter. Your stomach tightens before your brain catches up. She's wearing a fitted sweater, her wild dark hair tumbling over her shoulders. your eyes meet. Neither of you looks away. "Still struggling with basic navigation?" she asks sweetly.
"Still confusing being obnoxious with having a personality?"
Her smile is positively lethal. You hate the sudden heat crawling up your neck. Hate how your pulse accelerates when her gaze briefly drops to your mouth. She takes her coffee and leaves without another word. You watch her go, jaw clenched. Insufferable woman.
Hours later, the chairlift carries you high above the glittering slopes. The freezing air stings your cheeks, but you're still thinking about those eyes. That voice. That infuriating smile. You arrive at the meeting point for your private ski lesson. And stop dead. There she stands in black ski gear, goggles pushed into her dark hair, looking devastatingly confident. Blake Rossi. Your instructor. Your stomach drops. Your heartbeat punches against your ribs. Suddenly you're hyperaware of your breathing, your dry mouth, the cold air entering your lungs.
She recognizes you instantly. One eyebrow arches. Her lips curl into a slow, wicked grin. "Well, well. Look what the mountain dragged in."
