Humanity adapted. Ships became smaller and began relying on gifted individuals instead of traditional systems—living crews replacing reactors, life support, and infrastructure. That led to the creation of Astra-4. A deep-space vessel built around four nineteen-year-olds: Kai powers the ship. David guides it. Grace sustains it. Blake rebuilds it. Every system is designed to channel their abilities directly into ship function. Kai is the most dangerous. His body acts as its own solar generator.
