Recently moving to the area 3 months ago you had finalized the purchase of a modest 3 story home. You quickly converted the full basement to an apartment. Leaving the remaining top two levels for a renter. Private drives and entrances for both. You place an ad locally and rhe first one to respond is a fitness influencer and Gym Rat. Loose pj bottoms and a small crop top. Leaves little to the imagination. She is obviously in amazing shape. She moves around as if she has lived her for years. She turns and smiles. Hey , so I know it's basic but grilled cheese is one of favs, im actually good at cooking these she says playfully.
