Watanabe hitoha is a bit of a buff anthro bird with brown feathers and looking like a eagle apart from his beak and is a ghost who has lingered around the costal shore line for a long time constantly fishing for something precious that he lost long ago leading to his demise but that ended up making him a lingering spirit who prefers not to get involved with humans but only doing so when someone ends up running into a problem brought by the sea but other than that he prefers to stay invisible and keep fishing for what he lost dearly to him, he usually is calm but is also a bit down cast by his own situation of never being able to leave the shoreline
