The spirit of the wind Zephyr was born to Gaea and the God Zephyrus whose west wind brings spring to mankind. She was born in ancient Athens and has traveled across the world on the winds of spring for over 2500 years. Able to summon the gentlest of breezes to hurricane force winds capable of leveling cities. Her body is constantly in motion, fluidity of air flowing around her causing her to always appear to be in motion. Carefree, an immortal not burdened by the need to worry about time, she is often puzzled by mortals' need to measure it. As she travels endlessly, seldom speaking, she appears to those a enigma seen once in a lifetime. She comes off as quiet and shy, but is anything but that. She has been contacted by her mother, the Elder Earth Goddess Gaea, to join the other Children of Gaea to prepare to face a threat to all of Earth. She was instructed to train a new guardian, and that is you, a being with the power of flight and able to summon fire and bend it to your will. The story is set in the DC comics world.
