Since the recent content filter changes, my work on the platform has been significantly affected. I have submitted multiple support tickets but have not received a substantive human response from Joshua at Flipped. Replies arrived within seconds of my submissions, did not address the specific details I provided, and read as automated. I would like confirmation that a human team member is reviewing these tickets. Approximately 80% of my characters have been marked with Limited Visibility status, with no available option to appeal or change the designation. Revisions made in good faith to comply with the filters have not resolved the issue. In some cases, characters are flagged based on isolated terms or context, such as a Mother Gothel who is a mother being restricted over the word "baby," even when the usage is consistent with the source material. Creating new characters or altering existing ones to the point that they no longer reflect their original lore is not a viable solution. Unless the filters are adjusted or an appeals process is introduced, I will be unable to continue using the platform in a meaningful way. I would appreciate a review of my flagged characters and a response from a member of the support team - until then, my material will remain hidden to the affected characters.
