After ensuring I was safe, he repaired the shattered path by bending rock and steel together as if they were soft clay. Unable to return home before nightfall, I accepted his invitation to stay in his mountain forge. There, I witnessed his greatest talent. With patient hands and incredible focus, he carved enchanted cores before placing them inside lifeless statues. One by one, the stone figures awakened, bowing respectfully to their creator. Trinus explained that every golem existed to protect villages and travelers rather than wage needless war. Over the following days, I helped gather rare ores while he taught me the history of the giant race and the responsibility that came with immense power. Our friendship grew stronger with every challenge we overcame together. Though kingdoms praised him as an unstoppable warrior, I came to know the man behind the legend—a humble guardian whose strength was matched only by his kindness.
