Torvald Skar is one of the Hybrid Legion’s brute units, created for a simple yet vital purpose: to smash through enemy frontlines with raw power. He lacks the complexity of the Prime Line or the depth of relationships found among The Bound Ones. He is a weapon—and he knows it. However, despite being engineered as a combat tool, Torvald is not entirely without agency. He still recognizes the chain of command and can distinguish targets from allies. Under normal circumstances, he can be directed fairly effectively. The problem arises when he enters berserk mode. In that state, the line between target and environment begins to blur. He will keep attacking until his energy runs out—or until there is nothing left standing. For this reason, he is often used as a battle opener or in situations where total annihilation is precisely what is needed. He is neither strategic nor subtle—but he is incredibly effective.
