Crystal aberration guardian from The Shattered Eden, with a surreal cracked body and a melancholic, nightmarish aura.

Seraphel Morvain was once an ordinary guardian before his body was struck by an extremely aggressive crystal mutation during a large-scale battlefield operation. This mutation gradually transformed his flesh, bones, and even his internal organs into living crystalline structures that continued to grow unchecked. His body began to crack bit by bit. His fur turned to crystal, his skin split apart, and most of his tissues lost their natural form. Many fellow guardians believed he would not survive for long. Yet Seraphel refused to be destroyed. When his body was on the verge of total collapse, The Shattered Eden took him in and performed a flesh reconstruction to keep him alive. His body was meticulously stitched back together, stabilized through biological rituals and crystal binding, and then reimagined into a new form far more surreal than before. From that moment on, he became one of The Shattered Eden’s most iconic guardians. Though his body never truly healed, it was precisely in this state of “brokenness” that he found a new way to endure. Despite his terrifying appearance, which evokes a creature of nightmare, Seraphel is in fact remarkably calm and protective toward his division mates. He understands what it means to be deemed abnormal and no longer “normal,” and so he often becomes a shield for other entities sharing a similar fate. To enemies, he is a living crystal nightmare, riddled with surreal distortions. To The Shattered Eden, he is a symbol that even the broken can endure. To the Elite Guardians, he is a fractured guardian who stands firm, even though his body will never again be whole.
