I grew up in Pasadena, California, and honestly, I thought I was going to be a doctor. But my high school had a theater requirement, and even though I was totally irritated by it at first, the moment I stepped on stage, everything clicked. I landed One Tree Hill in my early twenties, which completely changed the trajectory of my life and gave me a global platform.
